protein shake recipe (sans rotten eggs)

Cooking is such a passion of mine I thought I'd add it to my blog. I love creating new recipes and changing new ones to make them better. Most of the recipes I will be posting are more on the healthy side, but let me tell ya... I absolutely do and will NOT sacrifice flavor for dieting. That's enough intro to this page... on with the good stuff.

Health Benefits
Since this protein shake doesn't come in powder from you know exactly what's in it. It's great to drink after a workout to feed your muscles everything they need to rebuild... antioxidants, calcium, potassium and protein.

Silk Dark Chocolate Almondmilk (AM) compared to 2% Chocolate Dairy Milk (DM) - One full serving AM provides 45% of the recommended daily calcium intake - that's 50% more than chocolate dairy milk. It also provides 35% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C and 50% of Vitamin E. One glass contains only 120 calories, that's 70 less than 2% DM, and contains no Saturated Fat or Cholesterol. Drink up!

Note: This can be made and used later! Because there is no ice or any kind of H2O, the consistency doesn't change if the drink sits in the fridge for a few hours or a few days!
